Student late arrival policy
- Students are required to report to the training venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled course start time to complete registration, identity verification, and other administrative formalities.
- Admission of a late-arriving student shall be at the discretion of the Lead Instructor, in consultation with the Training Center Coordinator (TCC), irrespective of whether the course is conducted at the Head Office, a branch, or any external training location.
- A student will not be permitted to continue the course if the late arrival results in missing mandatory instructional content, skills practice, assessments, or any other requirement necessary for successful completion.
- Students who are not permitted to continue due to late arrival must reschedule the course according to the Charles Institute Reschedule Policy.
