Rescheduling Policy
- Each participant is entitled to one (1) free reschedule of their course, subject to seat availability.
- Any subsequent reschedule requests will be subject to a rescheduling fee of ₹500 per request.
- Reschedule requests must be communicated to Charles Institute at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled course date.
- Participants who fail to attend the course without prior intimation (“no-show”) shall not be eligible for any refund or free rescheduling.
- Charles Institute reserves the right to schedule the participant in the next available batch based on seat availability.
