For courses that include HeartCode® BLS Online, ACLS eBook, or PALS eBook, the following refund policy shall apply:

• A non-refundable administrative fee of ₹500 will be deducted from all approved refunds.
• If the HeartCode® BLS Online course has been claimed, activated, or accessed, ₹2,500 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• If the ACLS eBook has been claimed, activated, or accessed, ₹3,350 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• If the PALS eBook has been claimed, activated, or accessed, ₹4,300 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• If more than one digital learning material has been claimed or activated, the applicable deductions shall be cumulative.
• Once any digital learning material has been claimed, activated, or accessed, the corresponding charges are non-refundable, irrespective of course attendance, cancellation, rescheduling, or completion.
• If the total applicable deductions exceed the course fee paid, no refund shall be payable.
